What's in my bag? Ft Boutique of Molly

You can tell a lot from the contents of a girl's handbag; whether it is what she is in to, what she does for a living or quite simply who she is. I have my everyday essentials which I am lost without and, as a journalist, I carry around a fair few items just in case I spot an interesting story. So, here is what is in my bag; student style!

My purse and phone are self explanatory, I am lost without them. However, I use my phone for several reasons, of course as a phone, but also to take photographs for blogs when I'm on the move and to listen to my favourite musical soundtracks on long train journeys. Without my earphones I'd be quite bored on train journeys to and from work!

As a blogger and student journalist; I think it is important to have a few things with me to use if I came across any interesting stories. A notebook, pen, and tripod assist perfectly; I can write the story whilst on the move and also take pictues to accompany to article.

I love make up but we all know that it doesn't last all day, so it's essential to have the right lipstick shade to top up with throughout the day. I carry two shades as sometimes I decide to switch it up during the day or if I am going somewhere stright after work, I can change up my look slightly. Of course perfume, a bobble and brush are always useful during long days to keep up my appearance.

As it is getting closer to summer, I take my sunglasses everwhere with me as you never know when the sun decides to make an appearance! They are my favourite accessory to wear so I use every opportunity to get my shades out.

The handbag I am loving at the moment is 'Florence' from Boutique of Molly. It's a pastel pink shade which is perfect for for spring and summer, and pastel colours are always pretty! The gold chain adds a delicate, femine touch making it a little bit different from other handbags. It is perfect if you are constantly on the move, like myself, as it has many pockets therefore you can store a variety of items which are essential to you.
